About The Position

Sanford Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join its clinic team. The role answers patient inquiries by telephone and MyChart messaging, assesses symptom severity and medical needs using triage algorithms, and collaborates with providers to direct patients to the appropriate level of care. The position includes patient and family education, use of nursing and assessment skills, and adherence to triage protocols. The clinic offers daytime hours on a four-day work week, a supportive, patient-centered team, specialized onboarding and on-the-job training, and opportunities for continued growth and development. Requirements

Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where nursing practice occurs, or possess multistate licensure if practicing in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
For telephone nursing practice, hold licensure in the states where the patients served reside.
Complete all requirements to obtain the license needed for the role within the first 30 days of employment.
Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Nice To Haves

Graduate from an accredited nursing program; listed accreditors include AACN, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
One year of healthcare experience preferred.
