About The Position

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor to oversee delivery of resident care by licensed and non-licensed staff in its Continuing Care Neighborhoods, including skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care. The role works 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. every other Saturday and Sunday, for 12 hours per week. Compensation is $42.50–$48.00 per hour depending on experience, plus a $2.00 hourly differential for weekday evening shifts and a $5.00 hourly differential for weekend shifts. Requirements

At least 1 year of floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, or a hospital.
Current Registered Nurse license in the state.
Current CPR certification.

Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform walking rounds through skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care neighborhoods to ensure nursing staff provide a high level of resident care.
Review, adjust, and monitor nursing staffing across neighborhoods to ensure appropriate coverage for resident care and established PPD.
Implement a person-centered approach to care that focuses on residents’ strengths and promotes comfort, companionship, and belonging.
Assist in resolving resident and family concerns and grievances.
Lead investigations, as needed or requested, into injuries of unknown origin, medication errors, and abuse allegations.
Complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing.
Review medical-record documentation for compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice, and Erickson policy.
