About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for an evening shift (3 PM – 11 PM) position. Every other weekend is required. This role oversees nursing operations across memory care and light rehabilitation units spanning two floors. The RN Supervisor will lead clinical staff, ensure quality care delivery, and provide hands-on support as needed. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of New York
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple units and priorities

- Leadership experience preferred, but open to new graduates
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff across memory care and rehab units
- Ensure high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance
- Provide clinical guidance and leadership to team members
- Assist with staffing coordination and workflow management
- Step in to perform cart nurse duties in the event of RN callouts
- Monitor resident conditions and address clinical concerns
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
