About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for an evening shift (3 PM – 11 PM) position. This role oversees nursing operations across memory care and light rehabilitation units spanning two floors. The RN Supervisor will lead clinical staff, ensure quality care delivery, and provide hands-on support as needed. Every other weekend is required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of New York
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple units and priorities

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff across memory care and rehab units
• Ensure high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance
• Provide clinical guidance and leadership to team members
• Assist with staffing coordination and workflow management
• Step in to perform cart nurse duties in the event of RN callouts
• Monitor resident conditions and address clinical concerns
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
