About The Position
60 West, part of the iCare Health Network, is hiring an RN Supervisor for weekend night shifts at its Rocky Hill, Connecticut facility. 60 West serves residents with diverse backgrounds and complex, changing care needs. The RN Supervisor provides daily supervision and coordination of patient care across assigned units for licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel in the Nursing Department. The role maintains overall responsibility for resident assessments and recognizes and reports changes in residents’ conditions to the attending physician.
Requirements
- Current, active State of Connecticut RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current IV certification.
- At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience as a Charge Nurse or Supervisor in long-term care and/or a rehabilitation facility.
Nice To Haves
- A bachelor’s or associate degree in a health-related field is preferred.
- Experience in Staff Development, Infection Control, or MDS is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
