About The Position

The RN Supervisor coordinates the administrative and clinical functions for a defined resident population and time frame to ensure an effective and efficient environment for residents, families, and staff. The role supports nursing operations and helps provide compassionate care and a positive experience for residents, families, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or graduation from an approved RN program.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in California.
• Current valid CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• 2–4 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients or residents preferred.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing environment desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing operational standards are met.
• Provide reports on productivity, quality, and customer service metrics.
• Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions.
• Handle complaints or other issues.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family, and friends.
• Keep records of nurses' files, patients' cases, and procedures.
• Handle admissions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
