About The Position
Peak Resources is seeking a full-time RN Supervisor to join its team at Peak Resources Pinelake. The company provides skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living services at nine locations across North Carolina, with a focus on residents’ well-being and happiness. Within the scope of practice, the Registered Nurse may initiate and implement health care plans and perform other nursing duties. The role encompasses the full scope of nursing and involves all steps of the nursing process. The RN Supervisor directs the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and licensed personnel in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, facility policies, procedures, and guidelines. Infrequent travel within North Carolina may be required.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in North Carolina.
- Current BLS CPR certification, including an in-person skills assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of two years of nursing supervisory experience in a hospital or nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and implement health care plans and perform other nursing duties within the scope of practice.
- Participate in all steps of the nursing process and provide comprehensive nursing practice.
- Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and licensed personnel.
- Ensure work complies with current rules and regulations and the facility’s written policies, procedures, and guidelines.
