About The Position

The Homestead is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated RN Supervisors to join their team. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the nursing units and providing clinical supervision to employees, ensuring the highest level of patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures, under the direction of the Director of Nursing - LTC.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of registered professional nursing.
New York State Registered Professional Nurse Licensure.
Minimum one year of nursing experience.
Strong ability to collaborate with medical staff, department managers, ancillary services, and customers in a professional manner.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proven ability to remain calm and manage stressful situations with professionalism.
Skilled in clinical management, managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and fostering teamwork.
Familiarity with NYSDOH requirements.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Computer literate.

Nice To Haves

BSN
Experience in long-term care and/or supervisory roles.
New Grad RNs with previous LPN experience in LTC, may be considered for an RN Supervisor Position.
