About The Position
Ascension Medical Group is seeking an RN Supervisor for their Maternal Medicine clinic in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time position involves working Monday-Friday, 8-hour days. The role focuses on assisting with financial targets, training and evaluating staff, implementing performance improvement projects, and contributing to marketing efforts.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in meeting financial targets to increase productivity/revenue and reduce overall costs.
- Assist in monitoring and preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.
- Train, coach, and evaluate assigned staff.
- Apply progressive discipline when appropriate.
- Participate in hiring and termination procedures.
- Establish staffing patterns with physician schedules.
- Develop and implements performance improvement projects that improve quality, efficiency of care, patient satisfaction and positive outcomes.
- Assist with the development of a marketing plan.
