About The Position

This role renders professional management to the clinical operations of the Center for Family Health in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of the hospital. The supervisor will coordinate patient care planning with other departments and centers, collaborate with the Center Manager on arising issues, and ensure patient flow in the department is overseen. This position involves creating assignments for staff, reviewing patient assessments for completeness, and participating in Performance Improvement activities in a timely and self-motivated manner. Additionally, the supervisor will monitor charges, billing, daily patient schedules and statistics, report productivity and statistics as requested by the Clinic Manager, and order supplies.

Requirements

Current CA Registered Nurse License
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
One (1) year of supervisory experience
One (1) year of nursing experience

Nice To Haves

Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Bilingual in Spanish/English
Previous Nurse Supervisor/Nurse Manager Experience
