About The Position

This is a full-time (100% FTE) position for a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor, working Monday through Friday, day shift. No weekends or holidays are required. Hours may vary based on operational needs. The role is located at the Beaver Dam Clinic. The RN Clinic Supervisor will assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading daily operations and coordinating patient care services. This role involves coordinating, assigning, and guiding the work activities of RN staff, supervising clinical teams, and promoting staff continuing education and evidence-based practice. The position also requires executing nursing interventions by collaborating with the interprofessional team, incorporating appropriate standards of care and practice, and focusing on patient outcomes.

Requirements

• RN licensed in the state where employed Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
• 2 years of RN experience Required

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred
• Applicable clinical certification Preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services.
