About The Position
Glendive Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN to lead patient care operations during night shifts. This role is ideal for a strong clinician who enjoys supporting staff, coordinating care, and ensuring quality outcomes. Departments may include ER, ICU, Med/Surg, Behavioral Health, Labor & Delivery, and Transitional Care.
Requirements
- Active RN license (MT or compact)
- 2+ years of acute care experience
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or charge experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations across multiple departments
- Assign staff and support workflow during shift
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Partner with providers to ensure quality care
- Respond to changes in patient conditions
- Provide hands-on nursing care as needed
