About The Position
The RN identifies patient needs and priorities for care through assessment, plans and delegates care based on patient needs, and evaluates the patient's response to care and progress toward expected outcomes. The RN is accountable for outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift. This position is in the Madison Hospital Emergency Department and is full-time, second shift.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state board School of Nursing.
- Current Alabama or multi-state nursing licensure.
- BLS certification required before the conclusion of the orientation period.
- ACLS certification required within one year of hire.
