About The Position

The RN, Staff SC (Sleep Medicine Clinic) delivers individualized nursing care tailored to the needs of patients and their families in a specialty clinic environment. Using the nursing process, the nurse provides clinical expertise that supports the medical plan of treatment established by the specialty care team. The role assesses patient requirements, implements specialized interventions, and coordinates care in accordance with the clinical standards of the specialty service. The RN Staff SC integrates patient-centered advocacy with evidence-based practice to deliver complex specialty care with precision and clinical excellence.

The position is located at the Dodson Medical Office Building in the Sleep Medicine Clinic. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on first shift, with 40 standard weekly hours.

Requirements

• One year of direct nursing experience.
• Associate's degree in nursing.
• Active, unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification.
• PALS certification.
