About The Position

Assesses, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN applies knowledge of nursing principles, theories, current methods, and techniques. Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with patients, their family members or significant others, professional peers, and other health care team members to individualize care. The RN directs nursing support staff in providing patient care in accordance with nursing practice standards and administrative and departmental policies and procedures. Professional education, training, or additional certifications may be required depending on the specialty area.

Requirements

• Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License required.
• Basic Life Support required.
• Multi-State Compact RN License required.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in the clinical specialty preferred.
