About The Position
Assesses, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. Applies knowledge of nursing principles, theories, current methods, and techniques. Uses the nursing process to collaborate with patients, their family members or significant others, professional peers, and other healthcare team members to individualize care. Directs nursing support staff in providing patient care in accordance with nursing practice standards and administrative and departmental policies and procedures. Professional education, training, or additional certifications may be required depending on the specialty area.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- PA Registered Nurse License required.
- Basic Life Support required.
- Multi State Compact RN License required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- One year of experience in an area of clinical specialty preferred.
