About The Position

Prepares quality food products according to standardized recipes and production requirements. Follows HACCP procedures for food preparation and safety, and maintains required records. Meets customer service expectations by actively engaging with customers. Provides coverage for early morning departmental operations on weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience preparing food in a high-volume or institutional environment (preferred).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with production equipment, including electric slicers, convection ovens, deck ovens, tilting skillets, deep fat fryers, steamers, steam kettles, mixers, meat grinders, and food choppers.
• ServSafe certification.
