About The Position
The RN assesses, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN applies knowledge of nursing principles, theories, current methods, and techniques. Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with patients, their families or significant others, professional peers, and other members of the health care team to individualize patient care. The RN directs nursing support staff in providing patient care in accordance with nursing practice standards and administrative and departmental policies and procedures. Specialty-specific professional education, training, or additional certifications may be required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license.
- Multi-State Compact RN license.
- Basic Life Support certification.

- Bachelor's degree.
- One year of experience in the area of clinical specialty.
