About The Position

Requirements

• Missouri or compact Registered Nurse license.
• Driver’s license.
• Vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Strong background in physical assessment, diagnostic interpretation, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient caseload, including supervision of LPN visits.
• Conduct routine visits, evaluations, and starts of care.
• Educate patients about health conditions and care, including CHF, COPD, diabetes, wound care, and medication management.
• Communicate with physicians to obtain orders and write diagnosis-driven plans of care.
• Coordinate services of other healthcare providers and communicate with health insurance companies.
• Collaborate with nurses and the physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy teams.
• Oversee the work of visiting nurses.
• Complete charting during patient visits using Roger’s AI-powered support.
