About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide skilled care to patients who require intermittent professional services in their homes. The nurse teaches patients, families, and other members of the health care team and performs services according to physician orders and the established plan of care. The position requires state licensure, professional experience, CPR certification, and the ability to drive reliably to provide care. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
- Licensed in the state where currently practicing.
- At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
- Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
- Valid state driver license.
- Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
- Safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- CPR certification for the healthcare provider.
Nice To Haves
- Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
