About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide home-based care. The nurse administers skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches patients, families, and other members of the health care team. Services must be provided in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care. The role requires a graduate of an approved school of clinical education, a current state nursing license, at least one year of experience as a licensed professional, basic technology skills, and the ability to meet the stated driving and CPR requirements. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
- Licensed in the state where the nurse currently practices.
- At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
- Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operating a mobile device.
- Valid state driver license.
- Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
- Safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- CPR certification for the healthcare provider.
Nice To Haves
- Medicare home health or hospice experience.
- Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with review and approval from the regional vice president or regional director.
