About The Position
CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center is seeking a motivated and experienced RN Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The RN Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of registered nurses, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of nursing roles and qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top RN talent.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership.
