About The Position

The Recruiter - Full-Time position is responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified talent. This role involves partnering with hiring managers, conducting interviews, managing the candidate experience, and utilizing recruitment data to improve efficiency. The position also requires adherence to compliance and ethical recruiting practices, as well as managing the offer process. Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this role.

Requirements

  • 1 year of recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Works effectively across teams and departments to achieve shared goals
  • Plans, organizes, and executes initiatives efficiently, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and a commitment to high-quality results
  • Anticipates challenges, identifies solutions, and adjusts to evolving business needs
  • Ability to use computers, phones, and standard office equipment
  • Normal or corrected vision and hearing sufficient for office work

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and attract qualified talent using various tools and strategies, including job boards, Boolean search, and direct outreach.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit through structured resume review and initial interviews.
  • Manage requisitions, candidate data, and workflows using applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship tools.
  • Build effective relationships with hiring managers, providing consultative support on job requirements, market trends, and hiring strategies.
  • Conduct structured and behavior-based interviews to assess both qualifications and cultural alignment.
  • Deliver timely, respectful, and personalized interactions to create a positive impression of the organization.
  • Use recruitment data to track performance, improve pipeline efficiency, and inform hiring decisions.
  • Understand and apply legal and ethical recruiting practices, including adherence to EEOC and SCA policies.
  • Prepare and negotiate offers aligned with internal equity, candidate expectations, and organizational guidelines.
  • Consistently report to work on time and as scheduled, with minimal unexcused absences.
