About The Position

Sanford Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join its Oral Surgery Clinic team. The RN coordinates care, assesses patients, provides patient education and triage, and performs other nursing interventions. The role collaborates with providers and assists during surgical and non-surgical procedures. The position offers specialized onboarding and on-the-job training, continued growth and development, and a supportive, patient-centered team in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program, including a program accredited by AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where nursing practice occurs, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Obtain and maintain required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications.
• Be adaptable, communicate effectively, be detail-oriented, and have excellent time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
