About The Position
Sanford Health is seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to join its Oral Surgery Clinic team. The RN coordinates care and provides patient assessment, education, triage, and other interventions. The role collaborates with providers and assists with surgical and non-surgical procedures. The work is scheduled for 40 hours per week on 8-hour day shifts.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where nursing practice occurs, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Obtain and maintain required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications.
- Adaptability, strong communication, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care.
- Assess patients and provide triage and other nursing interventions.
- Provide individualized, hands-on care.
- Educate patients and families.
- Assist providers with surgical and non-surgical procedures, including in-clinic procedures.
