Coordinates and handles consult calls and transfers based on Transfer Center guidelines and preferences. Assesses, determines, and coordinates placement of admissions (elective and emergent) and transfers in accordance with clinical standards and guidelines. Ensures patients are placed in clinically appropriate levels of care via established preferences and protocols. Upholds standards of systemwide customer service program. This will be day/variable shifts (7AM-7PM, 10AM-10PM, 11AM-11PM).
