This is a full-time opening for an RN or LPN at the Red Lake Dialysis unit, an 8-station dialysis unit performing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The role involves providing direct patient care during dialysis treatments. The hours are 4:30 am - 5:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, offering a three-day work week. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible employees, plus an additional $2.50 per hour when in the unit. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to dialysis patients. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will participate in the implementation and evaluation of dialysis patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. This position offers an opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with Dialysis Technicians and other experienced Dialysis nurses, as well as with a team of motivated professionals to provide care and treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease.
