About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented RN or LVN to join a fertility clinic team. The role provides nursing care and support to patients throughout their fertility treatment journey in a team-oriented environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with weekend and holiday on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Texas license to practice as an RN or LPN/LVN.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Nice To Haves

• IV skills preferred.
• Fertility or other women's health experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care throughout fertility treatment, including pre-operative care, the operating room, and the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
• Monitor patients during and after anesthesia, assess recovery, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.
• Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, testing, and operating room needs while maintaining patient safety.
• Coordinate patient appointments, monitoring, IVF and FET cycles, treatments, and procedures.
• Review and communicate laboratory and test results, assess patient needs, and provide appropriate triage and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document communications and treatments.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient care.
