About The Position
The Briarwood Community is seeking an RN or LPN to provide compassionate, quality-driven nursing care at The Knollwood Nursing Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. The role offers manageable patient loads, support from consistent CNAs and engaged leadership, and an orientation and mentorship program. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Current Massachusetts nursing license (RN).
- Current CPR certification.
- Comply with state continuing education unit (CEU) requirements.
Nice To Haves
- One year of long-term care or sub-acute experience preferred.
- IV therapy certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and DPH regulations.
- Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support optimal resident outcomes.
