About The Position
Aviata at Tallahassee is hiring an RN or LPN Weekend Supervisor to supervise staff and oversee resident care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state and federal regulations. The role follows facility policies and procedures and coordinates resident care with other facility personnel. New graduates are welcome. The stated work schedules are 3 p.m.–7 a.m. Saturday–Sunday (16-hour shifts) or 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Saturday–Monday, with some flexibility in hours. The position is located at 3101 Ginger Drive, Tallahassee, Florida.
Requirements
- Possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN.
- Be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation facilities is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during the shift, including assigning and distributing work, managing performance, training new staff, and ensuring work meets facility standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
