About The Position
Fairway View Neighborhoods Long Term Care seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct resident care. The role includes observing and assessing residents, administering medications, and documenting resident-related information. This is a PRN position with hours as needed. Pay is $28.50–$36.17 for LPNs and $34.24–$51.35 for RNs. Retirement with employer match is offered. Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota.

Responsibilities
- Make regular rounds to observe residents, check vital signs, assess findings, plan nursing care, and record pertinent information.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed by a physician.
- Assist the physician during rounds when the Care Coordinator is absent to facilitate communication.
- Instruct residents about their treatments and medications to promote understanding and continuity of care.
- Provide support to CNAs so they can perform their work.
- Supervise CNAs’ care of residents.
- Serve as a role model for other nursing personnel.
