About The Position
Our Client is seeking an RN - Operating Room in Denver, CO, for a 3x12 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical examination within 12 months
- TB skin test within 12 months
- MMR, Hep B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test within 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening
