About The Position
Our client is seeking an RN - Operating Room in Ranson, West Virginia. The position has a 4x10 rotating shift. Applicants must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must also provide the listed credentials and screening documentation and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the last 12 months
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background screening, and urine drug screening
