About The Position
Our Client is seeking an RN - Operating Room in Denver, CO for a 4x10 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. The position requires current clinical credentials and certifications, two current clinical references, and specified health and screening documentation. Candidates must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings. Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test within the past 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening.
