About The Position

Diversicare is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and support high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. The role oversees daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-specific care plans. The supervisor also mentors and supports nursing staff and encourages continuous learning and professional growth. This is a weekend position. Shift differentials are listed as $4 for 7 p.m.–7 a.m. and $2 for 3 p.m.–7 p.m.

Requirements

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and commitment to quality care.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
