About The Position

Hebrew, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and provide exceptional care to residents. The role oversees facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations. The position is based at 1 Abrahms Boulevard, West Hartford, Connecticut. Weekend scheduling is every other weekend, with shifts listed as 7 a.m.–7 p.m. or 7 a.m.–3 p.m. and 3 p.m.–11 p.m. Compensation is $50–$55 per hour, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered. Requirements

Valid state nursing license.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Interest in the nursing needs of aging and chronically ill people, with the ability to work with both.
Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree or certification preferred.
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a long-term care setting preferred.
