The supervisor will assist with new patient admissions, make staffing assignments based on nursing assessments, and monitor staff compliance with hospital policies, patient safety protocols (including seclusion and restraint), and CPI techniques. Responsibilities also include finding replacements for absent Behavioral Instructors and adhering to in-service policies. The role requires CPI certification and the ability to demonstrate, supervise, and assess competency for waived testing or phlebotomy.
