About The Position
The Center at Grande is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional direct nursing care to residents in a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility environment as a Weekend Supervisor. The position offers on-the-job training and an opportunity to grow your career. The listed pay is $40.00 per hour. The job details identify the shift as day and note weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Unencumbered Texas RN license.
- CPR Certification.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations.
- Patience, tact, and a positive attitude, especially with elderly and diverse populations.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, resident-centered nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents.
- Monitor resident health, document observations, and respond to changes in condition.
- Educate residents and families on care plans.
