BAYADA’s Nurse Residency Program is an exclusive opportunity for recent nursing graduates who have passed the NCLEX and hold U.S. nursing licensure. It is a paid new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Nurse residents provide one-on-one nursing care to people of all ages and with a range of diagnoses and acuity levels. The program includes six weeks of training, paid training and shadowing, simulation labs, electronic charting using Statewise, and around-the-clock clinical support by phone. Flexible scheduling is available after the training program, and cases are matched near the resident’s home. Pay is $29–$31 per hour for day shifts and $30–$32 per hour for evening or overnight shifts. BAYADA Home Health Care says its priority is providing care at home and offers residents the opportunity to explore interests and practice new skills. The employer complies with applicable state and local mandates and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
