About The Position

This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, nursing leaders, and various departments to attract top nursing talent. Requirements

Must be an RN, LPN, ADN, BSN, or MSN. Non-nursing candidates will not be considered.
3-5 years of recruitment experience.
Minimum of 2 years working in a health-care environment or like environment.
Intermediate competency with Applicant Tracking Systems, Excel, and Word.
Must be a "go-getter".
Persistence and positivity in a challenging labor environment.
Demonstrated leadership capacity and coordination skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Good interpersonal skills.
Organized and detailed oriented.
Effective communications skills, both verbal and written.
Sensitivity in handling confidential information.

Nice To Haves

Certification in specialty preferred or specifically certified health-care recruiter, or PHR or SPHR certification.
