About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Level IV NICU to join the neonatal intensive care team at Swedish First Hill – Providence in Seattle, Washington. This position is specifically designed for an RN with established, post-graduation experience caring for critically ill and medically complex newborns in a Level IV NICU environment. This is an experienced NICU RN position, not an entry-level opportunity or pathway into neonatal intensive care. Candidates must already possess substantial hands-on NICU nursing experience and be prepared to contribute within a highly specialized Level IV neonatal care environment. The ideal candidate has at least one full year of post-graduation, full-time RN experience specifically within a Level IV NICU. Candidates without NICU experience will not be considered for this position. Experience obtained through nursing school clinical rotations does not satisfy the one-year requirement. Candidates should already be comfortable functioning independently as an experienced NICU RN and caring for critically ill and medically complex neonatal patients in a Level IV setting.
