About The Position

BAYADA is seeking new graduate nurses for their accredited Nurse Residency Program in home care. This program offers paid, in-depth training from day one, utilizing award-winning simulation labs. The program focuses on one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and provides around-the-clock clinical support. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care and ensures new nurses are comfortable and confident in their skills through dedicated support from Clinical Managers. Nurses will have the opportunity to care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing exploration of various passions within nursing.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
• Full-time commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Utilize electronic charting with Statewise.
• Engage in in-depth paid training.
• Work with adult and pediatric patients.
• Provide care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
