About The Position
BAYADA is seeking new graduate nurses for their accredited Nurse Residency Program in home care. This program focuses on providing one-on-one patient care with flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, and electronic charting. The program offers in-depth paid training from day one, access to award-winning simulation labs, and clinical support. BAYADA is a non-profit organization dedicated to quality care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their passions.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
- Full-time commitment to the program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting via Statewise.
- Commit to full-time engagement in the residency program.
