About The Position
BAYADA is seeking new graduate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for their Nurse Residency Program in private duty nursing. This program is designed to help nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their careers. BAYADA offers one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, electronic charting, in-depth paid training from day one, award-winning simulation labs, short commute times, and around-the-clock clinical support. The Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the ANCC and focuses on quality care for clients. Clinical Managers provide thorough training to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. BAYADA cares for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR in good standing.
- Full-time commitment.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting via Statewise.
- Engage in in-depth paid training from day one.
- Work with adult and pediatric patients.
- Provide care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
