About The Position
BAYADA is seeking new graduate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their Nurse Residency Program for Private Duty Nursing. This program is designed to help nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their careers. BAYADA focuses on one-on-one patient care, offering flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, and electronic charting. They provide in-depth paid training from day one, award-winning simulation labs, short commute times, and around-the-clock clinical support. The Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the ANCC and focuses on quality care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Clinical Managers provide thorough training to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR in good standing.
- Full time commitment.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting with Statewise.
- Engage in in-depth paid training from day one.
- Work with clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
- Comply with all state/local mandates as an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider.
