About The Position

This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor at UW Health, the #1 hospital in Wisconsin. The role involves assisting the RN Clinic Manager in leading daily operations and patient care coordination, supervising clinical teams, and promoting staff continuing education and evidence-based practice. The supervisor will also facilitate communication and collaboration among disciplines to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
2 years of RN experience Required
RN licensed in the state where employed Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred
Applicable clinical certification Preferred

Responsibilities

Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services
Supervise clinical team at Location/ Locations
Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice
