About The Position
The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and delivers patient- and family-centered care. The role includes the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts needed to manage and deliver quality, cost-effective patient care. The position is onsite at North Shore Medical Center, Inc., with 24 scheduled weekly hours and a rotating shift.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to perform the job successfully within the scope of nursing and demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed to provide age-appropriate care for patients in the assigned department.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- ACLS certification.
