About The Position

The RN Manager Med Surg Post Surgical oversees the unit’s or department’s daily operations and staffing to support high-quality, patient-centered care. The Manager monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures, and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives. The role is at HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• At least 3 years of acute care nursing experience required.
• Current registered professional nurse license in the state(s) of practice or an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation, required.
• BLS required.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
