About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide one-on-one home care to children and adults in Lincoln, Illinois. Nurses provide compassionate care in patients’ homes in accordance with the physician’s care plan. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Part-time schedules are available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. or 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and on weekends from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The posting also notes that full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
