About The Position

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a part-time LPN or RN to provide personal care, medication assistance, companionship, and support to residents. The role includes monitoring residents’ wellbeing, communicating changes in their condition or care plans, and collaborating with the Health Services Director on resident assessments and documentation. The position offers an hourly salary range of $33.50–$40.25. Actual offers may vary based on factors including experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training.

Requirements

• Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse or Practical/Vocational Nurse.
• At least one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute care, or long-term care.
• Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, assistance, support, and companionship to residents in a warm and engaging manner.
• Administer or assist with medication according to each resident’s Care Plan.
• Engage with residents, check on their wellbeing, and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
• Inspire the team and collaborate with the Health Services Director to assess and document resident assessments at state- or Brightview-specified intervals.
